Zero Contact Roof Inspection

Contractor using tablet to perform a roof inspection

We here at Ridgeline Construction have taken a break from our regularly scheduled programming to bring you an important message. We all know that these are difficult times. Our lives have changed drastically and may remain changed for the coming weeks or months. We want you to know that we’re still here for you and that we’re offering solutions.

Nothing is more important right now than keeping social distance. This is the only way we will claim victory. Today, we’re going to lay out our plan for staying available to our customers while keeping faith to the guidelines set out by the government.

Using video technology to stay connected

Our first order of business will be to implement the use of video conferencing technology to stay connected to you while making sure there’s zero contact. Also, we aim to do this while ensuring that we’re providing the level of service your home needs regardless of what’s going on in the world today.

Lucky for us, in 2020, we now have a range of video conferencing technologies that offer us a path to connection. Now, we’ll talk about our procedures while working remotely with you.

When we will use video conferencing

Just as important as a good idea is its implementation. We’ve spent a great deal of time thinking this through so that you’ll be covered during this time.

We figured it would be far more efficient and effective to keep up with onsite inspections (which begin with your free estimate). Rather than asking our customers to struggle up onto their roofs with a video tablet, we’d rather show up in person, and then conduct a debriefing with you over video afterward. At this time, we’ll review the estimate and go over our products and processes for implementation.

This way, we’ll be able to provide the same level of service as before. The only difference will be the manner in which we conduct our discussion after the roof inspection; we can even have the discussion right after the inspection, while we’re still on the roof! This way, we’ll be directly onsite, able to answer questions or remedy issues in real-time, without making any social contact in this time of need.

We provide electronic paperwork too!

In addition to using video conferencing technology to conduct our roof inspections and other needed services, we’ll also be offering electronic paperwork. With this addition, we fully round out the perfect combination, providing all the benefits of onsite service with all the safety measures of remote service.

Furthermore, Ridgeline will make sure that the electronic paperwork isn’t a hassle. The documents will be sent in simple attachments for your perusal. As with the videoconferencing, we’ll be able to help out with any technical issues that may arise.

You can find out more by calling us today. Our representatives will be ready to answer any questions you have about the logistics of our onsite, zero contact services. We thank you for your continued support amid these difficult times, and we’re incredibly proud to be serving an area that’s committed to the country’s prosperity.
